What are the benefits of registering as a wholesale account?
Wholesale customers do not pay tax on any orders. Our wholesale customers receive exclusive pricing and volume discounts for all orders. Once registered and approved for a wholesale account you will see special pricing directly in the buy boxes. We also offer exclusive products and promotions for wholesale customers.
How do I register as a wholesale customer?
Any customer looking to buy in bulk can register as a wholesale customer with a valid FEIN (employee identification number). To do so please complete the Sign Up form. We will review your application within 1-2 business days.
Is every product available for wholesale?
Yes, all of our products are offered for wholesale and retail. In addition, we have a larger inventory stock available for most items upon request and can source product specifically for our wholesale customers.
Is there a minimum purchase for wholesale customers?
There is no minimum purchase for wholesale customers, however we reserve the right to downgrade an account that purchases less than 10 items annually.
Is there a membership fee?
No. All accounts are free to register and shop.
I do not need a box or accessories; can I get a reduced Price to receive handset ONLY?
Yes, please use coupon code – WholesaleHandsetONLY – to receive any refurbished item as handset only (no box, no charger, no cable) for an additional discount.
When do wholesale orders ship?
All of our orders ship within 1-2 business days unless the item is being specifically sourced for the customer in which case you would be notified of the ship day upon completing your special request.
How do I place a special request for larger quantity or items not shown in stock?
Please go to the contact us page and fill in your request in the Comments/Questions section. We will answer in one hour during business hours or the next business day after hours.
What is the return policy for wholesale?
We offer 90 day returns on all products for any reason. We also track all IMEI/Serial numbers for fast and easy processing.
What does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is fee for all orders. Expedited options are also available during checkout.
I’m not a business, just a consumer can I still purchase wholesale?
We can only register an account as wholesale with a valid FEIN, however you may contact us if you wish to inquire about special pricing for a large quantity (minimum 10 items).
