What is GSM and CDMA?
The majority of carriers, such as AT&T and T-Mobile, use Global System for Mobile communication (GSM) technology. GSM phones have a SIM card that stores your account information and, if you choose, your phone book. When you switch to a new phone, you can activate it by simply removing the card from inside the old phone and inserting it into the new one. Some major carriers, such as Sprint and Verizon networks, mainly use Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) technology. These phones do not require a SIM card and are activated directly by the carrier.
What is an Unlocked cellphone?
Most cell phones are designed to use a SIM card which is issued by a carrier and provides cell service by activating any phone into which it is inserted. A locked phone will only recognize a SIM card from a particular carrier. The "lock" is a software setting that keeps the cell phone "loyal" to one carrier. If the cell phone is unlocked, it will recognize a SIM card from any carrier. An unlocked cellphone can work with most SIM cards and/or GSM service providers. It also allows you to switch carriers without having to buy a new phone.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is charged only for shipments made to addresses within the state of NY (8.875%) and FL (7.5%). All others are exempt.
I am in your area; can I pick up my order?
We do not allow customer pick-up or walk-ins at this time. All orders must be placed online and shipped to your address.
When will my order ship?
All orders will be shipped within 1-2 Business Days, unless stated otherwise. There will be no shipping on weekends and major holidays.
What is your return policy?
Returns or Exchanges are only accepted within 90 days. Satisfaction guaranteed! We will accept your return for any reason and provide a free return label!
Do you provide international shipping?
Unfortunately we do not provide shipping outside of the U.S. at this time. We ship within the U.S., Puerto Rico, and U.S Territory.
